It's been my pleasure to find GreatClips within the last year. After paying a fortune for hair cuts and leaving a tip it was becoming ridulous.
I get my hair cut at the Heron Creek shop in North Port, Florida and have found a wonderful capable young lady that does awesome work, her name is "Connie" and she is a asset to your shop.
The only negative remark I must make because this hasn't been just one time occurence, but as of yesterday, Tuesday, August 4, 2009 I called and asked if Connie would be working the next day and what her hours would be. The woman on the line was very short and rude towards me. Like I mentioned, this has happend before when I've ask if Connie is available and what hours she is working so that I can make my plans around my job to come when she is working.
"Connie" is a joy and presents herself always as a professional. That is why I continue to patronize your shop.
It seems maybe someone needs to be taught phone etiquette and present herself as your company would like to be represented.
